Mading Djembe Drum. Full sized ( 23" tall with top 14" in diameter ); and constructed of Lenke wood found only in Sub Saharan Africa, with leather top. Deep, rich, and loud bass tones: the sound can be heard for miles in quiet African bush country. Its music is an African trademark. Marvelous decoration: as well as a professional quality instrument. These drums are popular in reggae and other cultural music productions. In West Africa nearly all ceremonies are accompanied by the timeless and distinctive melody of drums. Made in Mali and Senegal.
