  The varied color necklace is what is displayed primarily. A conscience choice by the seller to promo the product. Therefore I thought it was what I would receive. However I received a solid color, nice but not what to me was clearly advertised. When I called to discuss the matter I was informed by the associate that I could request a specific strand but I still would not be guaranteed. My request. My response then as now is/was: ""Then what's the point?

Returns:

You can return any item for almost any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date. However, there is a 10% restocking fee for returns made after 30 days.
