  I love these incense, but for some reason, they do not stay lit. They go out after they burn only about 2 inches. I still love Nag Champa, but not happy about having to constantly relight.

  I remember burning this incense as Freshmen in college in the late 70's and still love burning it in 2011. I host midnight parties in the summer and my guest really enjoy the fragrant of the Nag Champa. It's so relaxing. Will order more.

Our goal is to charge exactly the same amount that UPS or the Post Office charges for shipping your package. Our computer can not always get the exact amount correctly, however. In fact, we normally charge customers less than UPS charges us for shipping costs.

Returns:

You can return any item for almost any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date. However, there is a 10% restocking fee for returns made after 30 days. We do not accept returns beyond 60 days of the purchase date. Please include the invoice with your return, as returns received without proper documentation may result in delays and fees.
