In India it has long been thought to have powerful health benefits. It beneficial for oral health. It has been found to reduce blood glucose levels in diabetics. It helps with constipation. It stimulates collagen and helps with skin repair. There are even people who believe it helps people with cancer and aids, though there is not conclusive proof of this. This Triphala Herbal Tea is a smooth blend that you will enjoy drinking while you take advantage of the health benefits.
